Time is of Importance
A glance
A smile
A look
Once the time is spent together
The time is written in my book
My Memories are my own
Each touch
Each laugh
Each hug
My friends I will carry you with me
Each page in my memory book

The way of life is expansive
Making the binder grow
My book has now expanded
To 43 chapters full

My children have grown
My life has changed so much
Each page that I have placed in there
has a different look

Time is of importance
A glance
A smile
A look
Once the time is spent together
The time is written in my book

To many times I have been lost
Wondering where I went
Then I find I can remember
When I look at my book

Some just keep a picture
But I keep a descriptive book
It paints my memories with laughter and song
Hugs and feelings I took

Some day I will pass on this book
My children I hope will be pleased
To see my views of the life I had
To touch the friends I chose
